The Project Brief

Tensor plc’s website had become outdated and needed a redesign to present their products in a nicer fashion & help to promote their business via social media & SEO.

To give the website admin’s an easier interface to manage the website content, we migrated everything from Drupal to WordPress. This has proved to be much easier to use for the admin’s and they can manage a large amount of content, from updating the blog to adding job vacancies.

The website also takes advantage of a live chat system, which allows visitors to quickly communicate with a member of staff and find a product that best fits their needs.

We placed extra focus on how visitors will interact with the company, and included several forms for different needs. For example, there is a regular contact form, or the user can request to book a system demonstration using the dedicated ‘Book A Demo’ form.

A live chat module has also been added into the website, allowing visitors to talk directly to a member of staff within seconds.
