Miers Construction Products were interested in having a new website designed to modernise everything and put them ahead of their competition. The new design aims to make MCP’s diverse catalogue much more consistent through the website and make it easy for customers to find what they’re looking for.
The new website is optimised to be as efficient as possible while still showing off a large amount of content. It is fully responsive and works well across any device.
The Miers Construction Products website was in need of rebranding due to the business expanding & the current website starting to look dated. MCP now have several sister companies so one of the main aims of this project was to create a brand identity that can be re-used across other websites too.
The designed template can be re-used with sections added/removed as necessary, giving the company a consistent and modern look throughout all avenues of business.
Clear, consistent product information
The MCP website has been built for speed & SEO while also presenting information & images in an attractive manner. The old website was built on WordPress, and while great for content management, we needed something more advanced to push the limits in every area possible. For this, we decided to use Gatsby, a static website generator, and we have experienced fantastic improvements all round.
The website is hosted over a CDN, meaning the website is fast for customers worldwide.

At the time of writing, MCP have branches in St Neots, Airdrie, Birmingham, Bordon, Launceston & Warrington, and they are a growing business throughout the UK.
